Editing the shipping address
You cannot create a shipping label, or you have problems creating labels? The reason may be that customers entered a wrong address or wrong Packstation details, for example.
How can I edit the shipping address of an order?
To edit the shipping address of an order, open the order (Sales › Overview) or the fulfillment order (Fulfillment › Overview) and click "Edit" next to the shipping address.
The "Edit Shipping Address" pop-up then opens, where you can edit the shipping address.
Among other things, you can also edit the fields "DHL Post Box Number" and "DHL Post Number" here.
