Where can I find my Shopgate API/plugin credentials?

As soon as you have registered your shop with Shopgate, you are automatically assigned a customer number, a shop number and an API key. You need these credentials to connect your shop to the Shopgate systems. 

Here's how to find your credentials:

1. Log in to your Shopgate admin.
2. In the menu bar, click Settings › Shop Interface.
3. On the next page, you will find your customer number, shop number and API key. Exactly where they are shown depends on the interface to your shop system.
