Ship orders to a DHL Packstation

Give your customers the option to have orders delivered to a DHL Packstation.* 

The advantage of a DHL Packstation is that this delivery address is usually available day and night for collecting and sending DHL shipments.

* This feature can only be used in Germany and only for shipments with DHL. 

How does it work?

Every customer whose shipment is delivered by DHL can select a DHL Packstation as the delivery address.

 

Your customers proceed as follows:


  1. Go to checkout
  2. Create a new delivery address
  3. Switch to the option "DHL Packstation"
  4. Enter the address of the desired Packstation

To find a DHL Packstation or register for it, your customers can sign up here. DHL provides every registered customer with a Post Number.
