Using AppsFlyer and Shopgate, you can track your mobile app's success with tailored events.
Getting Started
Before setting up AppsFlyer on Shopgate, have the following information ready:
Account Info | Description |
AppsFlyer Dev Key | This key can be found in your AppsFlyer account. |
Revenue (type) | Select whether AppsFlyer should track your revenue as a Gross or Net amount. |

Setting up AppsFlyer
To connect AppsFlyer as a tracking service provider with Shopgate, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shopgate admin area.
- Go to Settings > Tracking Tools via the menu.
- Activate the AppsFlyer function. A new pop-up window will then open.
- Enter your AppsFlyer Dev Key and select your Revenue type. Save your details.
That's it! Your mobile app is now successfully set up with AppsFlyer.

- First, log in to your AppsFlyer account and add your app using these instructions.

Your Dev Key will be displayed in the SDK Authentication section.
Can I track my iOS and Android apps separately?
Yes! Your AppsFlyer account displays data from your iOS and Android apps separately. There's no need to configure anything; Shopgate technology does it automatically.
Can I test the integration?
Yes! To do so, first add the appropriate test devices in AppsFlyer under “SDK > Test Devices.” You can then view events from your selected device under “SDK > SDK Integration Tests > Live Events.” Important: To send events, tracking must be enabled on your device (“Statistics” consent + iOS tracking consent).
