By default, a product import process runs once a day to keep your inventory up-to-date. However, if you need to update a product or a category immediately, follow the steps here to start a manual import:
- Log in to your Shopgate Admin page.
- Click Integration from the menu bar, then select Install Interface.
- Find your shop's interface in the Integration list. Click on the Actions button on your shop's interface, then select Start import.
- That's it! This triggers the import process for product and categories, and/or other services, depending on your shopping cart system and its configurations. You should now see the progress bar running. This means your products and categories are being updated.
Depending on how many products you have, the import process can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. You can always check the status of the imports here. If no status bar is shown, it means either the import is finished, or no import is running at the moment.
