Dashboard

When the user logs in to the Admin Application, the default landing page is the Dashboard. The Dashboard provides an overview of the key business metrics which the Merchant can track out of the box.

The Dashboard provides the following Sales metrics:

  • Revenue - This chart illustrates Company’s total revenue from all the sales orders created online in the selected reporting period across the different channels. The channel could be Desktop, Engage app, or Mobile website. It illustrates the Revenue for orders at the time of their creation and not at the time of fulfillment.

 

  • Orders - This chart illustrates Company’s total revenue from all the sales orders created online in the selected reporting period across the different channels. The channel could be Desktop, Engage app, or Mobile website. It illustrates the Revenue for orders at the time of their creation and not at the time of fulfillment during POS checkout.

 

  • Average Order Value (AOV) - This chart illustrates Average Order Value (AOV) calculated based on the ratio of the total revenue from all orders to the total number of orders in the selected reporting period, across the different channels. The channel could be Desktop, Engage app, or Mobile website.

 

  • Average number of line items per order - This chart illustrates Average Order Value (AOV) calculated based on the ratio of the total revenue from all orders to the total number of orders in the selected reporting period across the different channels. The channel could be Desktop, Engage app, or Mobile website.
