With AppsFlyer and Shopgate, you can track your app's performance using events tailored specifically for your Shopgate-powered app. 

 

Get started

To get started, collect the following information:

Account Info Description
Platform

Select a platform you want AppsFlyer to track. Your options are:

  • Native apps: smartphone and tablet
  • Native apps: smartphone
  • Native apps: tablet

Your Android and iOS apps are tracked separately by default

AppsFlyer Dev Key This key can be found in your AppsFlyer's account.
Revenue (type)

Select "Gross" or "Net" for the type of revenue you want to track with AppsFlyer.

Set up AppsFlyer

To connect AppsFlyer as a tracking service provider, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopgate Admin and navigate to Settings → Tracking Tools.
  2. Locate the AppsFlyer section and turn it to ON.
  3. Extra fields will now show. Select a platform, enter your AppsFlyer Dev Key, and select a type of Revenue ("Gross" or "Net").

That's it! AppsFlyer has been set up for your app.

Where can I find my AppsFlyer Dev Key?

To find the AppsFlyer Dev Key, follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your account at AppsFlyer and select the app you want to use.
  2. On the menu bar, navigate to Integration → SDK Integration.

Your Dev Key will be displayed in the section "SDK Installation".

Can I track my iOS and Android apps separately?

Yes! In your AppsFlyer account, you will see the data for your iOS app and your Android app separately. You do not need to configure anything - the Shopgate technology handles this automatically.
