If you want to add delivery information to an order, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shopgate Admin page.
- On the Orders page, click Details on the order you need to add delivery info to.
On the Order Details page, click Add delivery.
- A pop-up will appear. Choose the delivery service from the drop-down, add a tracking number, and select an estimated delivery date. You can choose to send an email to the customers by checking the box. Click Add delivery to save.
You have successfully added a tracking number and other delivery info to the order!
