In this article, you will find out how to add a tracking number and other delivery info to an order.
Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Shopgate Admin page.
- From Orders page, click on the order you need to add delivery info to.
On the Order Details page, click .
- A pop-up will appear. Choose the delivery service from the drop-down, add a tracking number, and select an estimated delivery date. You can choose to send an email to the customers by checking the box. Click Add delivery to save.
- Now you have successfully added a tracking number and other delivery info to the order.
