It just takes four easy steps to apply a discount after a customer has already placed their order.
- Log in to the Shopgate Admin area with your login details.
- From the Orders page, search for the order you need to apply a discount to, and click Details.
On the Order Details page, click Cancel and Refund.
- A pop-up will appear. Choose Cancel part of order. Click the Cancel drop-down and choose Manual. Enter the discount amount. Click Save.
Please note that Shopgate doesn't differentiate between a cancelation and a discount. You can only apply one discount or cancelation to each order. If you have already canceled part of an order, you will not be able to apply a discount to the same order.
