How do I enable/disable email notifications for orders?


Want to receive an email notification every time an order has been placed? No problem. Follow the steps below to find out how.

  1. Log in to your Shopgate Admin page.

  2. Click on Integration from the menu bar, then select E-Mail Notification.

  3. On the Order Notification page, enable the notification by turning the slider to ON. Enter the email address you want to receive these notifications to. Click Save.

  4. That's it! Now you have successfully enabled order notifications to be sent to your email. To disable it, simply turn the slider to OFF.
