Abandoned Cart Reminder

Send your users automated push notifications that remind them they closed the app mid-purchase. This is an easy way to give a little nudge to customers and remind them to finish their purchases, thus converting sales for you.

Who gets this message?

An app user who has added something to their cart but did not complete the checkout process.

When?
You can decide when your app users get the abandoned cart reminder!
  • Set delivery time manually
You can specify a delivery time in your shop's timezone. Everyone who abandons their cart will get the reminder at the same time.
  • Auto-send after 24 hours
When selected, a push notification will be sent 24 hours after an app user abandons their cart.
How often?
Your app users will get only one reminder per abandoned cart.
A cart is considered new if the items selected have been modified. A user will get another reminder if they don't complete the checkout after they modified the cart.
