1. Finding the necessary settings

This chapter explains how to find your settings.

  1. Log in to your Shopgate Admin.
  2. Click on your name on top of the page and chose Contract and Invoices in the drop down that opens.

  3. Scroll down to Contract.

 

2. Updating your payment information

Here you can find the explanation how to change your payment information.

  1. Click on change next to the payment information you want to change.
  2. Choose Change Payment.

  3. A popup opens where you can choose between different payment methods.
  4. Change your payment information.
  5. Click on Save changes.

That's it! Follow these steps again to update further payment information.
